This page will show you how you can transfer photos and video's to your Mac using Air-Gallery on your iPhone. There are three ways to transfer files from your iPhone to Mac using Air-Gallery:
Using a web browser
Open up your web browser and enter the IP address provided by Air-Gallery (the IP address in this example is http://192.168.50.35):
The web browser will ask for a username and password (this is the username and password as configured in Air-Gallery):
The web browser will display the Air-Gallery web interface:
You can use the carrousel to scroll through the files. Clicking on the preview will download the file, clicking on the filename below the preview, will display it in the browser.
Using Safari with Bonjour
Air-Gallery also supports Bonjour. Just open up Safari, press Show all bookmarks:
Click on the Bonjour item in the collections, then double click your iPhone filed under webpages. Safari will ask for a username and password (This is the username and password you have entered in Air-Gallery):
The webbrowser will display the Air-Gallery web interface:
You can use the carrousel to scroll through the files. Clicking on the preview will download the file, clicking on the filename below the preview, will display it the in the browser.
Using Cyberduck
Open Cyberduck, click on Bonjour and double click on your iPhone:
Cyberduck will ask for a username and password (This is the username and password you've entered in Air-Gallery):
Cyberduck will display the photos and videos on your iDevice:
Now you can use Cyberduck to preview and transfer the selected files to your Mac.
Using the Finder
Click on the background or on the Finder icon. From the Go menu select 'Connect to Server…':
Enter the IP address provided by Air-Gallery (the IP address in this example is http://192.168.50.35):
The Finder will ask for a username and password (This is the username and password you have entered in Air-Gallery):
Now you can simply drag-and-drop or copy and paste selected videos and photos. The thumbnail previews on the iPhone can be used to determine which files should be copied.
